  7. Professor Elsadig Kazzam Prize: This a new prize created by the World Heart Failure
    Society (WHFS) as an appreciation for my presidency (2012-2014) and contribution to the WHFS activities to

  8. President and Chairman of the Organising Committee: The 4th World Heart
    Failure Society Congress, Al-Ain, UAE, 11-13 December 2014. 

    The Congress brought together 25 International experts in the field of Heart
    Failure; delegates from 22 countries around the World to UAE-Al-Ain, with more than 60 presentations
    covered all aspects of Heart Failure.

    importance of establishment of First UAE Clinical Research Centre.

    World Heart Failure Congress in Al-Ain, UAE 12-02-2008 in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates
    University, The Medical Faculty.
  39. Elected (2004) as the member of the Executive Board and representative of UAE and Arabic Countries (WHFS), (http://www.worldheartfailure.org).
    My responsibilities include: 

    • To help cardiac society in Arabic countries to build working group in heart failure,
      our ambitious is to establish Pan Arabic Heart Failure Working Group.
    • I am also responsible in coordination with the World Heart Failure Society and concern societies to establish heart failure
      clinics and heart failure management program in Arabic countries.
